Pacquiao wants to buy Jennifer Lopez’s house for $12.5 Million House in Beverly Hills

The World’s Highest-Paid Athlete, Emmanuel "Manny" Dapidran Pacquiao or was popularly known as "Manny Pacquiao"  earned $43 million last year will be bringing in a lot more after the Mayweather matchup than can definitely afford to buy J-Lo’s house of 10,000 square floor estate in Beverly Hills, California amounted to P500 million when converted in Phillipine money.

The mansion has more than 17,000  square feet of space with nine bedrooms, a 20-seat theater, eight-wood burning fireplaces, dance studio, gym, and a massive professional recording studio. The home sits on three acres of land with a pool, outdoor kitchen, BBQ grill, huge patio, and 8-car garage. The house was also built in with home theater that is perfect for fight nights, a chef's kitchen, two huge walk-in closets, a "resort-like" backyard with patios and a pool, and other rich people stuff. And to top it all off, the property has amazing views of San Fernando Valley and San Gabriel Mountains in the distance. The said mansion would be a perfect for throwing dinner parties, and has both a formal and informal living room. She originally bought it with her ex-husband Marc Anthony in 2010 for $8.2 million.

The Boxing Champ visited several prospective properties that include the house used to owned by the Hollywood superstar. Pacquiao is ready to spend some big money on a Los Angeles home after his fight against Mayweather, including the pay-per-view buys of the megafight According to Yahoo Sports, boxing fans will have to shell out big bucks if they want to step foot inside the MGM Grand on fight night and this will be the most lucrative boxing match in the history and its being called the new Fight of the Century. Their fight will be on May 2, 2015, Thursday in Las Vegas.
Aside from his mansion, Manny is also aiming for properties to build a sports complex in Los Angeles.

“I'm pretty sure my wife, she'll love it," said Pacquiao.
